Tora prepared PSD permit applications for new simple-cycle combustion turbines at two South Carolina power plants. We performed air dispersion modeling to assess cumulative emissions impacts, completed a Best Available Control Technology (BACT) analysis, and applied a novel meteorological data method to demonstrate no visibility impacts at nearby Class I areas.
