At the A.M. Williams Station in South Carolina, Tora prepared a PSD air permit application for three new turbines. We conducted a full AERMOD analysis, including load screening, SIL (Significant Impact Level) analysis, and cumulative impact modeling. Because the site was near the Cape Romain Class I area, we also completed a VISCREEN visibility assessment.
