Tora delivered a series of operation-specific online training sessions to help facility staff and EHS personnel understand key compliance responsibilities. Training topics included:

• Stack testing preparation
• Regulatory inspection preparedness
• Spill prevention
• Stormwater management and best management practices (BMPs)
• Hazardous waste and used oil/universal waste management

Each training module was approximately 30 minutes long and tailored to the operational context of the client’s facilities. As part of the program, Tora developed custom checklists that enabled regional EHS staff to conduct site evaluations aligned with the training content and take an active role in identifying and implementing corrective measures.
