Each evaluation included document and record reviews, plant tours, and employee interviews, covering regulatory areas such as:

• Risk Management Planning (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM)

The final deliverable for each multimedia compliance review was a comprehensive matrix noting major and minor findings, along with opportunities for improvement. Each finding was paired with corrective action recommendations and supporting regulatory or permit citations, providing the client with a clear, actionable roadmap for strengthening compliance.
