Bio: Taylor Loftis is a Principal Advisor at Tora with more than 16 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on air quality permitting and compliance. Mr. Loftis has extensive experience with permitting of capital projects across multiple industry sectors, specifically wood products and chemical manufacturing. His expertise includes all aspects of the permitting process from site selection and application development through final permit negotiations and compliance program development.
