Bio: Samuel Zammarrelli has provided professional technical and regulatory services to industrial clients by assisting with environmental needs on a local, state and federal level. His extensive air quality experience includes regulatory applicability determinations; exemption requests; permitting; air dispersion modeling; and regulatory compliance. Sam has also assisted clients with environmental projects that include: Tier II reporting; TRI preparation; SWPPP preparation and implementation; SPCC Plan preparation and implementation, and Environmental Management System (EMS) preparation.
