Bio: Lindsay Owens has 10 years of experience in environmental engineering for Kraft pulp and paper mills and 2 years in environmental consulting. Her background is strongest in air permitting, emissions tracking development, all federal and state air regulatory reports (semiannual and quarterly title V compliance reports, annual emissions inventory, annual compliance certification, TRI, etc.); NPDES industrial wastewater permitting, wastewater treatment systems, and associated monitoring/reporting; and stormwater/SWPPP & SPCC compliance, field inspections, and reporting.
