Bio: Jess Black began her career as in-house Environmental Compliance staff for manufacturing and public transportation operations. Ms. Black’s areas of expertise include air quality, wastewater, stormwater, recycling, hazardous waste, storage tanks, spill response, chemical management, permit negotiation, program development, training, PSM/RMP, project management, and litigation support.
