Bio: Jack Willey is an air quality leader with over 14 years of experience with federal and state air permitting, including engagement with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. He has a proven record as an auditor for air and multi-media compliance as well as a strong background in regulatory analysis and environmental reporting. Mr. Willey has extensive experience assisting clients in a variety of industries including wood products and building materials, power generation, aerospace, and petroleum refining.
